A fit-out project spanning 4 floors at 85 London Wall with a mixture of CAT A and CAT A+ aimed at refreshing the existing space into a bright, modern office space. The fit-out involved redecorating the lift fronts into the office space which allowed for material continuity throughout the joinery items in the space. Light oak tones are featured throughout to add warmth and a timeless look. The reception area aims to feel open and welcoming leading onto a client meeting room zone to maximise spatial efficiency for tenants.

The characterful windows have been utilised by introducing built in bench seats periodically along the perimeter walls, also softening the desking zones within the office. Breakout space is key in a modern office, so the kitchen space aims to be comfortable and welcoming. A refined colour palette is featured within the space with pops of green hues to add character and interest to the space.
